The La Pallice U-Boat Bunker surrounded by sheds…

This shot was taken in June 2015 from a boat. It can bee seen a sheds installed close to the U-Boot-Bunker.

As it can be seen in June 2015 there was no construction behind this tower. The lightweight structures didn’t interrogated me…

This shot had been taken in March 2016. As it can see in the background of the picture: an other shed has been installed behind the U-Bunker… The edifice is now almost surrounded by constructions…

Happy 2016 New Year – The U-Boat base of Brest

For this first post of the year I share with you a recent shot I’ve done in Brest. I never ever posted something about Brest before on this photo-blog or the main blog that you can follow by clicking on “back to the website”. I went there with Jean-Paul Nadeau the administrator of this good historical website that, if you still don’t know it, you have to visit.

Two years of tours around the tidal basins

 

During two years we have presented the “Bassins à flot” History of the Second World war. Here you can seen some of the pictures taken during some of these walks. Sometimes we forget to take some pictures so we haven’t a group picture for all the visits we have done. But if you have participated to one of them, feel free to send us yours!
